The Mila restaurant in Savyon offers a culinary experience that has quickly and rightfully gained a loyal crowd, filling the restaurant throughout the day. Its pleasant and inviting design and creative menu — from a unique and indulgent breakfast, through a delicious lunch, to dinner — all do the job well.

Currently, a new summery evening menu is being launched, based on local ingredients suited to the Mediterranean climate. The permanent menu is now joined by: Sea fish cigar, tzatziki tartare, beet gratin, citrus caramel sashimi, and more.

Alongside the dishes, seasonal cocktails are offered such as Gin of Eden, Pink Lychee, Golden Hour, Lyla Tov, Yom Tov, and more. For the first time, extracts and syrups made in Mila’s boutique workshop are being used. The new menu is inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on using fresh produce from local growers in northern Israel and the Gaza envelope.
