Iran’s theocracy has been rocked, Gaza lies in ruins, Syria teeters toward fragmentation, and the once-buzzing Abraham Accords are idling in neutral.

"For Germany, the recognition of a Palestinian state comes more at the end of that process. But such a process must begin now," Johann Wadephul stated.

The only path to peace is to force Hamas to surrender and release all of the hostages, not to reward terror with a state of extremists.

“This is not a reward for Hamas...We've got to ratchet up pressure on the Israeli government," British Transport Minister Heidi Alexander said.

One can rationalize the cowardice of the European position, as it is dealing with its own growing Islamist population and the demographic decline of its indigenous citizens.

This moment, for all its pain, suffering, and uncertainty, offers a narrow but strategic opportunity. But only if it is seized with clarity and courage. 

If one truly cares about the Palestinian people – even if that’s all one cares about – a few questions must be asked: Free from what?

The lack of a coherent strategic vision is steadily eroding Israel's gains, which can only be preserved through diplomacy.

Zionism is a peaceful ideology built on a Jewish tradition that seeks peace among all people. Given the chance, with a pragmatic and reasonable Palestinian leadership, Israel will end the conflict.

“The timing was not neutral. It followed the military confrontation and shifts in European positions on Israel. The message is clear, Jewish is political, and political is unacceptable."
