A 9-year-old girl was shot dead in Arara today in a violent incident. Police have arrested suspects as they investigate what began as a local dispute between neighbors.

This announcement follows Maj.-Gen. Balat's directive last week to freeze the investigative completions initially considered under the framework of the affair.
