Herbalife is refreshing its shake line and introducing new flavors joining the Formula 1 family: Chocolate cookies, café latte, banana cream, berries, chocolate cream.
The series is vegan-friendly (using milk alternatives), lactose-free, gluten-free, and kosher (pareve). Each serving contains the nutrients found in a meal: 9 grams of protein, 5 grams of dietary fiber, 25 vitamins and minerals, only 94 calories (104 calories for chocolate cream).
Mix three scoops (26 grams) of Formula 1 with 250 ml of water, low-fat milk, or milk alternatives in a blender—the shake is ready. It can be enriched with oats, nuts, or fruit.
