About Jerusalem Post Biblical Hebrew

Our Biblical Hebrew learning program
consists of 12 chapters.

The main goal of this program is to enable our students to read the Hebrew Bible.

Each chapter opens with a short explanation of the grammatical issue it deals with. Afterwards there are grammar exercises.
The students can either do the exercises on their own and check them with the teachers during the lessons, or they can do the exercises with the teachers during the lessons.
The chapters are accompanied by Biblical chapters. In this program we use the first 6 chapters of the book of Genesis.
The examples in each chapter are taken mainly from the Biblical chapter that accompanies it.
At the end of each chapter you can find the Biblical text
(in Hebrew and in English).
Once finished with the 12 first chapters, the students will be able to read other parts of the Hebrew Bible while examining some of their grammatical features.
