The Kremlin said on Friday that the possibility of a Ukraine peace settlement remained, but Russian officials are trying to change the US envoy's plans to visit Kyiv.

The airline did not explicitly mention safety in Russia or the Ukraine-Russia War, but the announcement makes it the first airline to suspend flights after Zelensky warned Russian airspace is unsafe.

The dispute centers on the disappearance for nine days of a Russian nationalist activist fighting alongside Ukrainian troops in the 4-1/2-year-old war pitting Moscow against Kyiv.

Ukraine's military intelligence head Oleh Ivashchenko said that another exchange was expected before the end of the month.

While Fedorov did not say in his address that he would compete in any election, a recent poll indicated the ex-minister would comfortably beat Zelensky in a runoff vote.

In a separate interview, Zelensky said that if he were sold 10% of the US's Patriot missiles, Ukraine "will destroy all the Russians’ ballistic missiles."
