Iran's criminal networks operate differently from traditional terror cells, complicating conventional counterterrorism approaches and creating unprecedented vulnerability globally.

The Swede, identified in court documents as Osama Krayem, was sentenced to life in prison for participating in the execution of Muath al-Kasasbeh.

"That there have been clear expressions of antisemitism and support for National Socialist ideas in my party's history, I think, is disgusting and reprehensible," said Mattias Karlsson.

Experts believe the carvings date to the early 1800s and may have been made by Swedish fur traders in the area.
