The suspects were arrested in joint operations with Israel Police, and indictments are expected to be filed in the coming days, the agency said.

“I don’t recall the last time we were in a situation where all the fugitive murderers had been either arrested or eliminated,” IDF Central Command chief Avi Bluth said.

During the operation, forces performed searches in dozens of structures and questioned suspects in the area.

The action follows a Monday firefight in the area of eastern Nablus between Israeli forces and a wanted terrorist during counterterrorism operations.

Gallant's decision to leave Amikam was made after a security risk assessment conducted by the Shin Bet. 

Haddadeh was a central figure in Hamas’s supply and production infrastructure and as a key conduit for transferring weapons from the organization’s headquarters to the field.
