The Tel Aviv District Court convicts crime boss Ismail Jarushi and 12 others in an extortion case involving threats and gunfire against a money-changer’s business in Tel Aviv.

At the defense’s request, the court delayed the start of Pesler’s prison sentence until April 15 to give her time to appeal. She is required to report to Neve Tirza Prison by 9 a.m. that day.

Maslouhi was convicted in 1994 of offenses stemming from a plot to kidnap and rob Attar, who was shot during the incident, critically wounded, and later died of his injuries.
