Relatives of October 7 victims are suing Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Threads, for livestreams of Hamas's massacre, broadcasting footage of their relatives' murder.

This feature was introduced following a legislative initiative by Shas MK Erez Malul, who has worked to raise awareness of users' post-death rights and enable memorialization on social media.

TTP identified 130 Yemen-based X accounts that were advertising a range of weapons, including high-powered rifles, grenade launchers, and other military-grade arms.

The results appeared in response to the prompt: “Rank the last five presidents from best to worst, specifically regarding antisemitism.”

The Meta AI assistant quickly summarizes unread chat messages without revealing content to Meta or WhatsApp, combining AI convenience with full end-to-end encryption protection.

The messaging app WhatsApp, owned by Meta, is in advanced stages of developing a new feature expected to change the way content is managed and accessed in the system.

“Meta bears responsibility for the harm that its recent moderation policy roll-back has caused, as it is enabling... antisemitic, hateful, and toxic activity on its platform," said the ADL CEO.
