Israel to reopen Rafah Crossing to civilians, coordinate with Egypt, EU, PA on security

Entrance and exit through the crossing will be allowed only through coordination first with Egypt, Army Radio explained on Wednesday. Egypt will then transfer names to the Shin Bet.
