Pakistani pleads guilty to planning ISIS-inspired Oct. 7 anniversary terror attack on NYC's Jews

Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, also known as Shahzeb Jadoon, had been charged with planning an ISIS-inspired attack on New York's Jewry on the one-year anniversary of the October 7 massacre.
