A new residential project in Yehud-Monosson’s Gadot neighborhood is drawing attention for combining suburban space with urban conveniences. Riverside, developed by Electra Residence, offers a mix of luxury living in a natural setting and a direct stop on the Purple Line light rail that will connect the community to Tel Aviv in just 20 minutes.
“This is a rare combination,” says Yuval Martin, VP of Marketing and Sales at Electra Residence. “You have upscale residences, park areas, and direct transit access to Israel’s economic and cultural hub.”
Fast track to Tel Aviv
The Purple Line is central to Riverside’s appeal. Once completed, it will link Gadot directly to Tel Aviv’s business and entertainment districts. “Compared to Tel Aviv real estate, Gadot offers far greater value,” Martin explains. “You can live in a spacious, high-end home and still be close to the city.”
For many professionals, the daily commute into Tel Aviv means sitting in traffic, struggling to find parking, and paying steep fuel costs. “The light rail changes the equation,” Martin says. “Residents will be able to work in the city while coming home to a quiet community surrounded by greenery.”
A park at the heart
While the light rail connects Gadot outward, a new 90-dunam (15-acre) park will anchor the neighborhood. Martin describes it as the “heart of the community,” with jogging paths, shaded bike lanes, children’s play areas, and a café designed to bring neighbors together. “It’s about encouraging wellness, community, and outdoor activity all year round,” he says.
Luxury homes designed for living
The project comprises three 13-story towers housing 204 apartments, ranging from three to six bedrooms, along with garden apartments and penthouses. Amenities include 24/7 security, a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a residents’ lounge, a children’s club, and shared workspaces.
The development is located next to Savyon, one of Israel’s most prestigious neighborhoods, and has already drawn interest from buyers there. “We’re bringing international standards of living to the Ono Valley,” Martin notes. “From the lobby design to the landscaping, every detail is planned to elevate daily life.”
A broader housing shift
Riverside is also part of a larger trend in Israel’s housing market. As prices in Tel Aviv continue to rise, more buyers are looking for suburban communities that deliver space and quality without losing urban access. “People realize they can have more room, better amenities, and improved quality of life without sacrificing connectivity,” Martin says.
Timing matters
Martin believes now is the time to buy. “The Purple Line will reshape property values here,” he predicts. “Once it’s operational, Gadot will be one of the region’s most sought-after neighborhoods. Early buyers will benefit both from an upgraded lifestyle and long-term value growth.”
More than just real estate
However, Martin emphasizes that Riverside is not only about construction. “We’re building a neighborhood,” he says. “A place where residents know their neighbors, enjoy the green surroundings, and feel at home.”
With top-tier amenities, direct light rail access, and one of the largest new parks in the region, Riverside is positioned to redefine suburban living near Tel Aviv. As Martin sums it up: “It’s about designing a lifestyle where the commute is simple, the evenings are green and quiet, and every detail works together to make life easier.”
