Ombudsman

Known colloquially as the “judicial watchdog,” the ombudsman is responsible for hearing complaints against all judges with statutory powers.

The findings were part of the report submitted by the soldiers' Ombudsman to Defense Minister Israel Katz and the Knesset Defense and Foreign Affairs Committee. 

Field, who is not Jewish, expressed his belief that the Jewish community has endured centuries of persecution, antisemitism and horrific events like the Holocaust.
