British pop icon Robbie Williams enters the world of furniture design with a surprising first project: The Introvert Chair – an armchair he designed for the Dutch design brand Moooi, led by Marcel Wanders.

The armchair, marketed in Israel by Tolmans, carries a design statement that encourages the sitter to surrender to calm. The Introvert Chair is designed as an embracing space, providing a sense of security and serenity. The chair is softly upholstered and shaped with curves that envelop the body, featuring rich textured upholstery combining alpaca wool and cotton, with multiple soft layers to create a personal and comfortable "cocoon" experience.

Three-Dimensional Quilting Technique

An innovative three-dimensional quilting technique gives the fabric a sculptural and meticulous character. Each chair is uniquely stitched, highlighting Moooi’s commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail. The chair is offered in an ivory shade and is suitable for both private homes and luxury hotels.

For Williams, this is a first design project, directly connected to his inner world and the experience of life under the spotlight.

Robbie Williams: "The Introvert Chair is more than just a place to relax; it is a whole atmosphere. In a world that hardly ever slows down, we often crave a place of rest, and this chair is designed precisely for that. Its soft fabric and gentle curves create a sanctuary offering ultimate comfort and serenity, reminding me of the power of art and design—not only in shaping our spaces but also in changing the way we feel within them."
