Israel Canada Group continues to expand into the assisted living sector, with the launch of a new and luxurious project in the heart of Kfar Shmaryahu: Neve Aviv. This is a first-of-its-kind project in Israel, which according to the company, is expected to set a new standard of quality of life, privacy, and services for senior residents.

The project is located in the pastoral environment of Kfar Shmaryahu and spans an area of approximately 9.6 dunams. The complex includes a building of about 9,000 square meters, with approximately 100 residential units built to international standards – from one-and-a-half-room apartments and bright garden apartments to spacious mini-penthouses.

Israel Canada emphasizes that Neve Aviv offers residents a combination of luxury, community, and a village-like atmosphere, providing an exceptional living experience for the elderly. Among the services offered in the complex are:

According to the company, the total investment in the project amounts to approximately NIS 240 million – of which about NIS 130 million is for the purchase of the building and about NIS 80 million for extensive renovation and upgrades. As part of the growth in the assisted living market, and within a long-term strategic plan, there is consideration of expanding activity to additional locations in the center, Gush Dan, the Sharon area, Haifa, and Jerusalem.
Neve Aviv Kfar Shmaryahu is located in a historic building that was established in 1963 by the Rassco company and is considered one of the first assisted living homes in the Sharon region. The company views the renovation and reopening of the building as part of its vision to promote quality housing for the elderly, while preserving local heritage and upgrading standards.
