Amid Jerusalem’s mountain ridges and layers of history, a new urban landmark is emerging. The VISION project, developed by Rami Levy Real Estate, will feature two 30-story towers and an additional 20-story tower, all set beside a green park, workspaces, and leisure areas, aiming to bring an international touch to local city life.

In the heart of Jerusalem, where the ancient and modern coexist in delicate harmony, one of the most prominent residential projects of recent years is taking shape. 298 apartments in two 30-story towers, thoughtfully designed with a focus on an accessible, community-focused urban lifestyle, are expected to redefine living in the capital.

The project is led by Rami Levy Real Estate, part of a business group active across Israel in residential, commercial, and urban renewal developments from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat.

Community, Design, and Prime Location

At its core, the project centers on fostering community within a modern urban environment. The planned 800-square-meter VISION COMPLEX will feature shared workspaces, meeting rooms, a fitness and Pilates center, and play areas for children and teenagers – amenities designed to promote interaction and balance daily life. The apartments in the development boast advanced technical specifications, high-quality finishes, and thoughtfully designed spacious layouts - from open-plan living areas to expansive scenic balconies.

Each of the three towers will include a residents’ club, an impressive entrance lobby with four high-speed elevators, including one for Shabbat use. On the ground floor, a synagogue will serve the residents, and a cozy commercial promenade will be created, forming a natural gathering place for residents and the local community.

Between the towers, a green park of about 2.5 dunams is planned, featuring walking paths, large lawns, and shaded seating areas. The park reflects the goal of creating a balanced living environment - a place where urban life merges with Jerusalem’s tranquility, preserving privacy even in the city center.

The project also includes a commercial street for residents, a café-pastry shop, and more. Additionally, the development is situated along Jerusalem’s new light rail line, one of the city’s main transit routes. Easy access to public transportation, employment options, cultural venues, and educational centers provides residents with a major advantage in daily life, supporting seamless mobility across the city and its surroundings.

The project is being managed by Danya Cebus, one of Israel’s leading engineering and construction firms. Construction is well underway, following permit approvals, with parking works nearing completion. Occupancy is anticipated by late 2028.
