Israeli technology company MYSHOP Technologies has announced the opening of its new American headquarters in North Miami, Florida, marking a significant step in its global expansion.

The move marks the company’s first permanent hub in North America and reflects its ambition to position itself as a global player in the field of digitization and automation for small and medium-sized businesses.

The opening of the Miami offices comes as part of a reverse merger process through which MYSHOP Holdings Inc. will become the American parent company for operations in both Israel and the United States. The restructuring is intended to align the company with US reporting standards and prepare for a future listing on NASDAQ.

Founded by entrepreneurs Itsik Zizov, and Roey Gesser, MYSHOP has developed a technological platform that enables businesses to manage orders, payments, and deliveries through a single interface. The system integrates apps, websites, kiosks, and delivery services, and incorporates artificial intelligence to support voice-based ordering, call handling, and automated dispatching in six languages.

The company says its platform is designed to give small businesses the tools to compete with larger players by simplifying operations and reducing costs.

MYSHOP is already working with businesses across the United States and is expanding into seven additional states: Florida, New York, New Jersey, Georgia, Nevada, Tennessee, and North Carolina. The company is also entering the Canadian market for the first time.

In parallel, MYSHOP is strengthening collaborations with international partners, including Uber, as part of a broader strategy to connect Israeli innovation with global service and logistics infrastructures.

The company reports annual recurring revenue of $1.5 million, with hundreds of businesses across more than 1,000 locations and nearly one million users in Israel and the United States. With the new Miami headquarters, MYSHOP plans to expand its service, development, and sales operations in North America.

At the core of MYSHOP’s vision is a commitment to empowering small businesses. In contrast to large platforms that charge commissions of up to several tens of percent, MYSHOP offers a fixed monthly fee model with no sales commissions, allowing businesses to retain full ownership of their data, customers, and profits.
