Barbara Kessel is the author of 'Suddenly Jewish: Jews Raised as Gentiles Discover their Jewish Roots' (Brandeis U. Press). She spends winters in Israel and returns to the US to make Pesach and Rosh HaShanah for her mom and mother-in-law. She has six grandchildren in Israel and five in the US. Thank G-d for it all!
