Imagine spending a whole week together, as a couple or with the entire family, without driving, changing hotels, or unpacking and repacking every day. Simply step aboard a comfortable, well-appointed riverboat and set off on your journey. Let the river guide you as each morning brings a new destination and a new adventure. That is exactly what Gordon Travel Group’s unique river cruise itineraries offer.

About a decade ago, Gordon Travel Group, Israel’s leading river cruise company, established a dedicated division for Russian-speaking travelers, a move that quickly proved highly successful. Since then, the division has grown into a comprehensive professional operation that addresses every aspect of this market: tailored itineraries, Russian-language content, trained Russian-speaking guides, and onboard materials available in Russian. In addition, each cruise includes a dedicated staff member who ensures that every Russian-speaking guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout the voyage.

“In preparation for 2026, the group is expanding its selection of cruises and itineraries for this audience, introducing exciting new destinations around the world,” says Shiri Gordon, CEO of Gordon Travel Group.

One of the new itineraries for the 2026 season is Through the Tulips, a spring cruise through the Low Countries. This exceptional journey passes through the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, offering countless moments of beauty, culture, and flavor. “We’ll visit elegant cities such as Cologne and Antwerp, lose ourselves among the romantic canals of Ghent and Bruges, and experience the Netherlands in full bloom as fields of tulips fill the landscape,” says Gordon. The cruise also includes visits to picturesque villages, windmills, museums, markets, and the legendary Keukenhof Gardens, all in a calm, comfortable atmosphere aboard a newly refurbished vessel. Each stop reveals another charming corner in the heart of Europe, and every day brings a new experience of landscapes, colors, and stories.

Another highlight is From the Pearls of the Danube to Bavaria, a Russian-guided river cruise offering a tranquil, inspiring journey along the Danube that reveals lesser-known but equally fascinating parts of classical Europe. Travelers will discover the hidden treasures of Bavaria, Austria, and Slovakia, from charming towns and ancient monasteries to serene ports and magnificent Baroque architecture. The itinerary includes stops in Vienna and Bratislava, as well as in less familiar destinations such as Grein, Vilshofen, and Regensburg. The voyage continues with two magical days in Bavaria, featuring train and cable car rides to the summit of Zugspitze, Germany’s highest peak, where panoramic Alpine views stretch in every direction.

For added convenience, Gordon Travel offers this itinerary in a Gordon Comfort version, providing maximum comfort with an afternoon flight, overnight stay, and dinner and breakfast at an airport hotel before beginning the cruise refreshed the following morning, accompanied by an expert Gordon Cruises guide.

Gordon Travel Group’s new Family Cruise itinerary offers a relaxed, varied voyage along the Rhine River aboard a luxurious family-friendly riverboat. No daily packing, no long drives, just one river connecting lively cities, charming towns, beautiful parks, and experiences for every generation.

The itinerary includes highlights such as a Mini Holland day tour visiting Dordrecht, The Hague, and Rotterdam; a visit to a miniature park; the immersive 3D Panorama Mesdag experience in The Hague; an action-packed day at Walibi amusement park; a relaxing day onboard with a pool, kids’ club, spa for parents, and ever-changing European views; Antwerp’s zoo and chocolate museum; Belgian shopping experiences; and in Nijmegen, a choice between a small amusement park ideal for younger children or a peaceful tour of the historic city with its ancient alleys and riverside bridges. The journey concludes in Düsseldorf with an underwater-themed attraction.
