There have been times when it was impossible to describe what it is like to live in Israel, or the trauma we live through. This is especially true following the last two years since the horrific onslaught and resulting war crimes that Hamas committed when they massacred thousands of innocent Israeli citizens on October 7, 2023.

Through these difficulties, I have done my best to share articles in The Jerusalem Post, along with thousands of video updates and live broadcasts as “Jerusalem Jane.”

After leaving my family and friends in Denmark more than 10 years ago, I arrived in Israel alone and became an advocate for Israel through the power of all my social media platforms, and made numerous appearances on national and international television and radio programs, along with recorded and live webcasts.

I realized pretty quickly that I was sent to Israel with an assignment from God to “Comfort, comfort my people,” as Scripture directs us to do, and to share about terrorism and the security situation here, which I have done faithfully and to the best of my ability for all these years. It has been a privilege.

My heart has been broken so many times because of the news of yet another horrific terror attack, or terrorists who murdered yet another Jewish child or grandmother, which I reported about to the world.
My heart is never quite repaired before another terror attack comes — and then came the October 7 massacre.

Unbelievably, the world went into moral failure like never before, by turning against the Jewish state after this horrific and most heinous attack. Following this came attacks from Hezbollah, the Houthis, and the Islamic State of Iran, all of which sent us running for our lives to bomb shelters time and time again.

There is so much trauma in the Holy Land that seems to be relentless at times, and because I am “boots on the ground” here, I feel it too, after all that we in Israel have gone through.

In response to all of these terrible events, it’s time to have HEARTFELT and meaningful conversations with some or all of the people I have reported about for so many years. It’s time for them to share their stories with you, firsthand and personally.

So, moving forward into 2026, my heart’s desire is to start a podcast called:

HEARTFELT CONVERSATIONS FROM ISRAEL

I want to have conversations with people from here in Israel who will share their personal stories and testimonies globally, in my effort to come against the relentless flood of lies, propaganda, disinformation, and hateful rhetoric that continues to blast against Israel and her people.

The untold stories that didn’t or won’t reach mainstream media around the world, buried and seemingly forgotten.

I would like to have conversations with survivors of terror attacks, or the families of those who lost a beloved family member in all these horrific terror attacks.
Imagine hearing from young widows who lost their husbands in combat, or some of the hundreds of wounded soldiers who lost limbs, or soldiers with PTSD, or police officers, doctors, physiotherapists, and paramedics from the October 7 onslaught.

I want to talk to Holocaust survivors, fighter pilots, combat soldiers, border police officers and veterans, Mossad and Shin Bet agents.
What about Israeli athletes who were discriminated against or barred from competing worldwide?

Sylvan Adams, Miriam Adelson, Amir Avivi, Benny Gantz, Amit Segal — just a few names; the list of interesting people to talk to is very long.

Israel was at war with Iran for 12 days, and it is hard to describe what we went through in those tense moments when Iran fired approximately 500–550 ballistic missiles and around 1,000 UAVs at Israel. Around 50–60 missiles struck Israeli territory, resulting in 28 deaths and 3,000 injured people. More than 9,000 people were evacuated as their homes and apartments were destroyed.

I would like to talk to some of these precious people and share their stories, as well as the nearly 100,000 people who fled their homes in the North when Hezbollah attacked from southern Lebanon with thousands of rockets raining down on Israel.

I would like to speak to Israeli teenagers about their hopes and dreams living in Israel, especially with so much hate and lies coming against their nation and people.

ALL OF THEIR STORIES NEED TO BE HEARD WORLDWIDE!

With the privileges given to me with a GPO press card, I would like to talk to the highest levels of the Israeli government:

• The Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu
• Israeli President Isaac Herzog
• Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar
• Defense Minister Israel Katz
• Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir

And other ministers and members of the Knesset, along with Israeli diplomats, current and former ambassadors, and the Israeli ambassador to the UN.

I would like to discuss matters with the head of the GPO office, Nitzan Chen, regarding the massive workload he experienced after thousands of journalists arrived in Israel following the massacre of so many Jewish souls on October 7.

I will also continue to make news updates with special guests from the security establishment, and touch on subjects like:

Upcoming trials for Hamas Nukhba terrorists who committed the worst atrocities and war crimes on October 7.
What about the death penalty for terrorists?

If possible, I would like to visit some of the high-security prisons where these dangerous prisoners are held.

What do you know about the “pay-for-slay” compensation that comes from the Palestinian Authority, and the issue of Israel releasing thousands of terrorists who are now millionaires for murdering Jews?

What is the latest news on the security situation in Judea and Samaria, and what about coming against the lies and myths of the “Occupied West Bank”?

Did you know the reason why the Palestinian Authority (PA) hasn’t had an election in nearly 20 years? The reason is that Hamas would win a landslide victory and take power in the biblical heartland.

This would be an unparalleled disaster for Israel, since there are thousands of terrorists in Judea and Samaria, where we have experienced hundreds of horrific terror attacks in this region.

What about the weapons industry in Israel — a fascinating topic!

Would you like to hear from members of undercover special units that are arresting terrorists? And then, from yet another perspective, you will want to hear from “The Green Prince, Son of Hamas.” He grew up inside this terrorist organization, and now he openly fights against it with the truth!

We will also touch on politics with special guests who will give insight as Israel enters another election year. We know things will get very hectic and serious.

The above are just some of my thoughts and dreams of the people I would like to interview and whose stories and insights I would like to share with you.

To accomplish all of this means that I need to look for someone who can act as an assistant/driver/photographer, and who can do all of the technical work this requires — someone who is fluent in both Hebrew and English.

I am also looking for office space to set up a podcast studio to work and produce high-quality programs to share with the world.

Regarding my podcast studio, I want it to be a cozy and relaxed living-room-style setting with couches, flowers, and plants, where my guests — including families with children — can feel comfortable when they share their heartbreaking stories of how their children, siblings, or mother were brutally murdered in horrific terror attacks. I want to embrace them in the best way I can.

So, after years of broadcasting alone in my small apartment using only a phone, the next chapter for me, God willing, will include fully furnished offices and a professional broadcasting studio.

Many of you already know my story of how I, as a Danish woman, arrived alone in Israel with one suitcase. Indeed, I was stepping out in faith, and I have followed the purpose and assignment God put upon my life to be here in Israel. To this day, I continue standing united with Israel’s people through some of the hardest and most painful times they have experienced.

Would you please stand with me in prayer for this vision, that it will all come together in the way God has intended? I know these heartfelt conversations in my podcast and current news updates will be a blessing to Israel, and informative and helpful to people around the world who want the truth and stories from Israel that they won’t hear in mainstream media.

I’m inviting generous donors, sponsors, and people who will catch this vision and be an active part of making this dream a reality. After all of the horrific things the dear people of Israel have gone through, my profound prayer is that you will help manifest all of this, so I can give a platform to the Jewish people whose stories were never heard or told around the world.

They need YOUR help to be heard!

I am praying for everything to come together for this podcast project in early 2026.

There is never a quiet moment in the Holy Land, which is still at war with Hamas. Hezbollah remains a threat, and things are very tense on the northern border, along with the ongoing opposition from Iran. Something bigger is coming, and there will be so much to report on in 2026, which I am honored and blessed to do.

It will take more than just a village to make all of this happen. My prayer is that an army of people and donors will arise and contact me so we can join forces to make this happen — the sooner, the better!

Please contact Jerusalem Jane at janekiel49@gmail.com for more information and how to be part of this new and vital work out of Israel in 2026.

Together, we can make this happen so incredible stories of the resilience of the Jewish people will be shared worldwide — stories you don’t hear in mainstream media.

Israel is the land of the Bible, a nation like no other — a nation that holds such a precious destiny, a nation that we love and support. A light and a blessing to the world. The Jewish people never cease to amaze me. No matter what comes against them, they rise and stand together, stronger and bolder than ever before.

I want to share their stories more than ever!
