Soldiers from the IDF's 7th Armored Brigade operating in the southern Gaza Strip identified two terrorists crossing the Yellow Line, the military confirmed on Thursday evening.

The two terrorists approached the soldiers and posed "an immediate threat," the military noted.

The Israel Air Force killed the two terrorists after coordinating with the brigade.

Earlier on Thursday, in a separate incident, soldiers from the Gaza Division's Northern Brigade also identified a terrorist who attempted to cross the Yellow Line.

The soldiers killed that terrorist, the military noted.

Fmr. Navy chief Marom: Israel should begin Gaza reconstruction, even before last hostage returns

Former Israel Navy chief Maj.-Gen. (res.) Eliezer "Chayni" Marom said that Israel should commence Gaza reconstruction east of the Yellow Line, even before the return of the remains of the final hostage, St.-Sgt.-Maj. Ran Gvili, in a Thursday interview with Ynet.
