Ultra-Orthodox White House Correspondent Jake Turx asked Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Thursday whether US President Donald Trump was planning on rebuilding the Holy Temple in Jerusalem.
"To your knowledge, has the topic of rebuilding the Holy Temple in Jerusalem ever come up?" Mishpacha's Turx asked.
"It has not. No it hasn't. I'm sorry, Jake," Leavitt responded
Turx was asking the question in the context of Donald Trump's new White House ballroom plans, stating that "looking at these renderings, it kind of got me thinking."
Trump is "likely gonna go down as the greatest builder of this era, and you [Leavitt] have been in a lot of those meetings with him," Turx stated, preceding his query.
