Milena Bobkova, a 12-year-old girl, died from her wounds, and another girl, approximately 13 years old, is in critical condition after falling from a tall building in Rishon Lezion, Shamir Medical Center announced on Sunday.

Magen David Adom (MDA) clarified that both girls suffered multiple injuries, with Milena pronounced dead when she arrived at the hospital, while the older one was connected to a ventilator.

Both girls allegedly fell from the roof of an abandoned building, according to the police report. While still under investigation, it is not believed to be of a criminal nature.

"This is a very serious incident. The two girls suffered very serious multi-system injuries and were unconscious,” an MDA paramedic said.

“We provided them with medical treatment and evacuated them in MDA intensive care vehicles to the hospital. One of them was in critical condition and we performed CPR on her, while the other was in serious condition," he added.

Another fall was reported in Jerusalem, two-year-old in serious condition

Additionally, MDA confirmed that a two-year-old fell down the stairs in Jerusalem and was rushed to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center to treat their injuries.

"We arrived at the stairwell and saw the agitated neighbors holding a two-year-old baby who was unconscious,” an MDA paramedic explained.

“They told us that she fell through the safety railing on the second floor. We began providing first aid on the spot and evacuated him to the hospital in serious condition," they added

Israel Police opened an investigation into this incident.
