Cello (formerly Cellopark) won the tender from the Accountant General’s Department at the Finance Ministry to provide parking and toll payment services for employees of government offices.

As part of the tender, valued at approximately NIS 5.4 million per year, Cello will provide services for around 3,000 vehicles belonging to government offices, as well as for more than 100 government companies that will also be able to benefit from these services under the tender.

In addition to parking and toll services, Cello will allow offices to access a variety of additional optional services such as car washing, electric charging, Procedure 6, tire services, and more, tailored to each organization’s needs.
The tender represents a first-of-its-kind step that consolidates all parking and toll services under a single system, providing a comprehensive solution for vehicle management across the various offices.

The company will provide the Accountant General with dashboards covering all activity, enabling the consolidation of insights, analyses, and graphical reports on all vehicle services. This will allow the Accountant General to have a full, transparent, and clear picture of expenses and operations in the field of parking and tolls.

Winning the tender marks another stage in Cello’s expansion in the public-business sector. In recent years, the company has significantly expanded its fleet management activities, including through the acquisition of "Netzer," a company specializing in fleet management.

Guy Selok, CEO of Cello, said, “We are pleased to win the Accountant General’s tender. The selection of Cello reflects the precise fit of our solution to the complex needs of large organizations and fleets, and our ability to provide a comprehensive and wide-ranging response for managing vehicle services, while achieving savings, efficiency, and control over the organization’s fleet.”
