Fattal Hotels launched an extraordinary initiative to honor reservists, and according to the company, it is "a step unprecedented in the Israeli hotel industry in its scope." According to the company’s statement, this is not just another symbolic benefit, but a genuine, generous, and tangible 'thank-you package,' setting a new standard of appreciation for those who have carried months of service on their shoulders.
As part of the initiative, any reservist who books two nights at one of the chain’s hotels across the country will receive an additional night for free. In addition to the extra night, the package also includes a series of significant benefits: 30% off food and beverages, free access to spa facilities, a 15% discount on spa treatments, free entry to Hamat Gader (valid at Tiberias hotels), and another valuable benefit at the end of the stay (but this is a surprise, so it is not revealed). Reservists who prefer only two nights can enjoy a 50% discount on the second night when booking two nights (valid at hotels in the Central District, Jerusalem, Haifa, Netanya, Ashdod, Rehovot, and Beersheba).
The initiative is valid at all chain hotels for bookings made until January 17, 2026, and can be redeemed during the first quarter of the year until 2026–March 31, 2026. It is intended for reservists and their immediate family members, subject to presenting a reservist certificate (Form 3010) at the hotel for a new booking only and while supplies last. It should be noted that members of the 'Fattal & Friends' club will enjoy an additional 10% off, and payment can also be made using reservist vouchers.
"This is an initiative without precedent. Not in scope, value, or message," says Nadav Fattal, Co-CEO of Fattal Hotels, emphasizing, "This is a statement of values. True appreciation is measured in actions, not slogans. The initiative was born from the understanding that many reservists returned from service to a demanding routine—families waiting, work paused, and accumulated mental and physical stress—and precisely now, as the dust settles, they deserve to stop, breathe, and truly indulge. This is not 'just another promotion,' but a deep thank-you to the people who were there for all of us, and we want to be there for them."
