Ptora Farm, known for its high-quality agricultural products, is expanding into the coffee category and launching CASTA SPECIALITY COFFEE – a new coffee series born from a love of the land, a passion for local agriculture, and meticulous attention to every step of the process, from seed to cup.

CASTA LIEVE (Delicate) – a light and fruity coffee from Colombia, lightly roasted.
CASTA CLASSICO (Medium) – a balanced blend with notes of chocolate, nuts, and red fruit.
CASTA FORTE (Robust) – a strong coffee from Costa Rica, with a dark and deep roast.
CASTA NERO (Black) – single-origin Arabica from the Sidamo variety, with fruity and floral notes.
All the coffee in the series is roasted in Israel, inspired by Ptora’s values of quality, precision, and local creativity.
Serving suggestion: drizzle a few drops of Ptora’s olive oil to give the coffee a rich texture and uniquely delicate aroma.

Book – Not Just a Bedtime Story:
A new Israeli initiative called Reflective Book offers a free digital platform for parents and children, making emotional therapy accessible through interactive stories.
The platform, developed by Eli Cohen – a mentor and bio-flow therapist – and Yana Miril – an alternative medicine therapist – includes over 100 original stories designed to help children express emotions and help parents better understand their children’s inner world.
In each story, the child experiences an emotional journey through reading or listening, answers reflective questions, and engages in a shared dialogue with the parent – a process that supports emotional processing, strengthens communication, and fosters reflective thinking.
The initiative was born from a desire to make therapeutic-emotional tools accessible and barrier-free, especially for children in Israel dealing with distress, anxiety, and pressure.
According to its founders, this unique approach creates a new emotional language that bridges personal experience with meaningful conversation between parent and child.
The website is free and available to all parents and children in Israel and worldwide:
