The longtime Yotvata Inn invites travelers on the way to Eilat to a refreshing and especially tasty stop at the chocolate tap, now in its seventh year. Over time, the attraction has become one of the most recognizable symbols of the road to Eilat. The location also offers a rich menu of breakfasts, salads, dairy dishes, and desserts based on Yotvata’s dairy products, alongside a gift shop and exclusive brand merchandise. Visitors can also get to know the story of Kibbutz Yotvata up close, enjoy rotating exhibitions on desert nature, and sometimes even participate in content activities and workshops for children. The chocolate – free of charge.

The big innovation for summer 2025 is the “Inflatable Chocolate Factory” – Israel’s first interactive 3D complex, simulating an entire sweet world. Families will find games, immersive photo stations, and additional activities, turning the stop into a destination in its own right rather than just a passing point. Of course, chocolate remains at the center: Free-flowing chocolate taps, reusable souvenir cups, and small surprises for children. The activity will run until August 28 and will be open to the public free of charge.

Karin Laxer, Yotvata’s Marketing Director: “Yotvata’s chocolate is one of the most beloved, nostalgic, and iconic products among Israelis. Every summer, we meet tens of thousands of families who stop specifically at Yotvata Inn for the tap. This year, we decided to go one step further and create a summer experience that feels like a whole chocolate world. The Inflatable Chocolate Factory is something entirely new and exactly the kind of memory children will carry with them for life.”
