The Chinese vacuum cleaner brand UWANT will be launched in Israel starting mid-August. SG Group, which operates in the field of electrical appliance imports, announced that it will begin marketing the Chinese company’s products in Israel, including wet and dry vacuums, cordless vacuums, stain cleaners, and vacuums designed for dust mites. This brand holds a significant presence in the Chinese market and offers a product line currently available in more than thirty countries in Asia, Europe, and the United States.
In the initial phase, the group will offer in Israel a variety of models, including wet-dry vacuum cleaners, stain cleaning devices, a robotic vacuum that combines mopping and vacuuming, and vacuums designed specifically for cleaning sofas, mattresses, and other soft surfaces. All models include advanced components for cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance, with some products featuring technologies not yet introduced in Israel.
Among the innovations included in the products are thermal disinfection mechanisms using electrolyzed water, a self-cleaning system at a temperature of one hundred degrees, internal drying, use of ultraviolet and infrared light for sterilization purposes, as well as Push and Park docking stations that enable emptying, cleaning, and charging the device with a simple push, without needing to lift or disassemble any units. Additionally, the suction power in some models exceeds thirty thousand pascals, and most models include smart control systems based on artificial intelligence.
Selected models come with washable brushes that meet the IPX6 standard, and all components that come into contact with water can be disassembled and fully washed. According to the company, this is one of the only vacuum brands in Israel that allows full washing of all device parts after each use.
The UWANT brand joins a lineup of additional brands imported by SG Group, including Premier in the white goods category, CASO Design from Germany in the kitchen appliance sector, YAMAHA sound systems, and Skyworth television screens.
According to Avi Hershko, Vice President of Sales at the group, UWANT’s entry into Israel is intended to meet the growing demand for advanced and accessible cleaning solutions, especially at a time when the Israeli consumer is looking for added technological value and simple operation.
The products will be offered for sale in electronics chains, online platforms, and private stores across the country.
