The Israeli cinema industry is undergoing a significant transformation with the launch of a new initiative aimed at turning movie theaters into multidisciplinary cultural and leisure centers. Hot Cinema has introduced a new content track titled “Not Just Cinema,” which includes stand-up performances, lectures, business events, shows, and plays.

Popular children's star Stav Bekol Hatsva'im (Stav Levin) continues to solidify her status as one of the most influential creators in Israel and has been selected to communicate the “Not Just Cinema” track to preschool-aged audiences on behalf of the Hot Cinema chain.

As part of her role, Stav will participate in a special brand-focused filming day. Videos featuring her will be screened before movie showings in cinemas and will be part of a broad digital campaign promoting the new track.

Hot Cinema operates 10 cinema and entertainment complexes, making it the most widely spread cinema chain in Israel. Under the “Not Just Cinema” track, Hot Cinema offers guests shows, plays, stand-up performances, business events, lectures, and more - alongside traditional film screenings. The initiative aims to transform cinemas into cultural and entertainment centers that provide a wide variety of experiences for the whole family under one roof.

Stav Levin, selected for her high-quality and diverse content as well as her positive messages that resonate with both young and adult audiences, stated: “I’m proud and excited to take part in an initiative that connects culture, creativity, and new experiences. For me, every stage is a chance to add more color, courage, and hope to the world, and I can’t wait to meet you beyond the screen.”

Shiran Nimron, Hot Cinema’s Marketing Director, added: “Our vision and innovation are centered on transforming movie theaters into cultural and leisure hubs for the whole family - a place that offers much more than just film screenings. Collaborating with Stav Bekol Hatsva'im is a natural and exciting step for us, bringing values of creativity, imagination, and community. We believe that through the ‘Not Just Cinema’ track, we can offer a rich and relevant experience to the younger generation and their families all over the country.”
