The Hof Gai water park on the shores of the Kinneret has completed a major renovation process ahead of the summer season, aimed at adapting the facility to the new safety and sanitation standards set by the Health Ministry.

The park, spanning 15 dunams, features a unique combination of water rides and attractions alongside a private beach on the Kinneret. Among the attractions are various water slides, including a 90-degree Typhoon slide, a wave pool, and a pleasure boat with slides.

The renovation included compliance with the new safety procedures set by the Health Ministry, an upgrade to sanitation systems, and improvements to existing facilities. The park operates as part of the Hof Gai Hotel complex. Hotel guests enjoy free entry, while the general public pays an entrance fee of NIS 143.

How much will it cost you?

The entrance price places the park at a relatively high tier in the family entertainment sector, but some may argue that the location on the Kinneret shore and the inclusion of a private beach justify the pricing.

The park is open Sunday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with free parking for visitors. The facility employs dozens of workers during the summer season and is considered one of the tourist attractions in the northern Kinneret area.

Ahead of the season opening, the park is offering a variety of discounts through credit card companies and customer clubs, aiming to attract families to an experience that combines water entertainment with the scenic views of the Kinneret.
