7 Stern Street is located at directly between the intimacy of carefully designed residences and the urban pulse of Tel Aviv–Jaffa. It offers exceptional residences within Florentin’s built environment – a garden apartment functioning as a private and hidden garden in the heart of the urban jungle, and an “inverted” penthouse, where the living room and kitchen are located on the top floor, with access to a private roof terrace of approximately 70 square meters.

This design elevates the center of home life, with natural light, open air, and a direct connection to the outdoors: a layout that creates privacy and tranquility alongside an immediate connection to the public space.

According to Adi Borkin, CEO of the group: “7 Stern Street is part of a process that has been underway for several years at the Arie Prashkovsky Group – a process in which our concept of living is being reshaped. Alongside extensive activity in large-scale urban renewal projects and quality housing in the periphery and major cities, we also focus on creating a unique residential fabric in Tel Aviv – with intimate, precise projects that challenge the boundaries of conventional planning and offer a cultural alternative to the way people live in the city.”

The project joins a list of prominent architectural projects led by the group in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, including 2 Amzalag, 63 Bialik, 14 Kinneret, 25 Jonah the Prophet, and 6 and 14 Yehuda Halevi. All of these were designed and executed at a high standard, sometimes preserving historic buildings and sometimes offering a new interpretation of urban architecture.

In the past year, the penthouse on 2 Amzalag Street was sold for approximately NIS 50 million – a deal that highlights the group’s position as a central player in Tel Aviv’s luxury market.
