The sale of Israeli mobile phone company HOT to Delek Israel, Keystone, and Leumi Partners was completed for approximately NIS 1.88 billion, the HOT Group announced in a statement on Monday.

“The company is now being sold at its peak, and I am confident that the new owners will maintain the service standards, nationwide coverage, and value proposition for mobile customers; we wish them great success," said Tal Granot, CEO of the HOT Group.

HOT Mobile, which includes the company's mobile, television, and internet services, also said that it will focus on the transition, with the main goal being maintaining operational continuity and uninterrupted service for customers.

“Thanks to technological advancement, outstanding service, and a drive for innovation, we offered advanced services to both private and business customers, thereby steadily increasing our subscriber base and the company’s financial strength,” Granot added.

The group also mentioned the recent sale of its stake in the IBC fiber venture, which was completed in June of 2025 for a reportedly NIS 520 million, putting the group’s total earnings in the range of the NIS 2,2 billion.

HOT Group leading Israel’s mobile sector for 15 years

The HOT Group opened its mobile and internet operations in 2011, when it bought Mirs and relaunched it as HOT Mobile.

“During the 15 years it operated under the Group, HOT Mobile led the Israeli mobile market and served as a key driver of competition within it,” the group said.

The group also explained that, during its time leading the mobile branch, it invested in infrastructure that allowed the deployment of 4G and 5G networks in Israel.

In total, it reached some two million clients according to its estimates, including private and business partners.

The group described the sale of its mobile operations as aligned with its strategy to “focus on core operations and continue massive investment in developing services for HOT customers in both the private and business sectors.”
